This document elucidates the terms and conditions for use of the www.telsawords.com platform( owned operated and managed by M/s TELSA EDUTECH PVT LTD). It covers all our courses, course creators and all other service providers ( hereinafter called service providers) and the subscribers or users collectively.. TELSA WORDS is committed to provide a document of Terms and Conditions of use in ordinary language .This document represents our interests individually and collectively. Kindly read this document carefully.

TELSA WORDS can be accessed at www.telsawords.com and along with all the applications, sub domains , any other media location , connected digital and social media platforms etc will be collectively referred to as the PLATFORM

   CODE OF CONDUCT

In the best interests of our long term relationship we have setup some ground rules. Many of these are implied but it is best when made explicit. This enables all stakeholders to be on the same thought process while working together on our PLATFORM.

 The following points are to be strictly observed.

1. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY-

 Kindly refrain from using the PLATFORM for any illegal activity or seemingly genuine activity with malafide intent which would be in violation of all laws, statutes and codes in the local, state, national and international domain.

2. NO SPAMMING

  We are sure you are  a bonafide user of the PLATFORM. You are expressly prohibited from pursuing activities on the PLATFORM which would result in sending spam messages to anyone in the PLATFORM’S eco system. Those indulging in such activities will be blocked from all forms of access to the PLATFORM.

3.NO PROHIBITED CONTENT

 You are expressly prohibited from using the platform for Content which could be libelous, slanderous, pornographic, obscene, unlawful, threatening, hateful, violent, predatory, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, all of which shall be determined at our sole discretion .We reserve the right to take appropriate action under relevant statutes and laws of the land  if there is any prohibited content.

4. NO IMPERSONATION

You are expressly prohibited from impersonating any other person or  legal entity. If found we will deactivate your account immediately without notice and reserve the right to take appropriate action under relevant statutes and laws of the land .

5. NO EXPLOITATION

 You are expressly prohibited from gathering personal information on anyone outside the scope of and limited permissible uses for offering or accessing content which your account offers you . Failure to comply will invite appropriate legal action as applicable.

6. NO BAD SOFTWARE CODES

You are expressly prohibited from exposing the PLATFORM or its stakeholders and users to viruses, worms, or any other code that  may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner. If established we reserve the right to take appropriate action under relevant statutes and laws of the land

It is understood and agreed that every subscriber whether paid or trial has read  this document in its entirety and has agreed to abide to all the terms and conditions stated herein before signing up.

7. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM :
   
   a) Sharing of login ids and passwords for use by others.
   b) Sharing of the content of this Platform with others in any form using hand copying or se of technology.

If it is found it will result in immediate cancellation of the user account and appropriate action may be taken.

8.ACCEPTANCE

It is clearly implied that by signing up for any program offered  by TELSA WORDS you have read this document completely and are in complete acceptance of all the clauses therein.
