The only condition attached to this guarantee is that refund requests must be submitted within TEN WORKING  DAYS of making your payment. Refunds will be made excluding the GST amount. For cancellations after seven days no refunds will be made.

If an enrollment has happened twice for the same issuer individual then after due verification the excess amount will be refunded within TEN WORKING DAYS.

Simply send us a link to the website that offers the same course at a lower price and we will refund you the difference in price, that’s it.

The advertised price includes local  taxes if applicable. The price promise does not apply to courses that offer discount codes or promotions.

We can only accept one price promise refund request per course. Refunds will be processed via appropriate payment mechanisms.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes will be resolved via appropriate legal or third party arbitration mechanisms subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai court only.
