This is the ideal level of vocabulary school students must acquire.

The youngest learner would ideally be 15 to 16 years old with easy and competent usage of basic english language skills for academic and social purposes.

College students , working professionals, self employed persons and all others with basic English skills and who desire to upgrade their vocabulary can acquire this level for superior english language usage.

Competency at this level empowers learners to read and listen with sustained comprehension, retention and recall levels of words ,texts passages etc. Competent users at this level can actively participate in Public Speaking and debate programs.
